Why choose this slag remover?
- Easy to carry: The whole machine is 30kg.
- The operation is simple: Workers can master the skills in just under two minutes. While used on low-power laser machines, it cleans the whole table in 40 minutes; lift the extension rod and swing it at a certain angle to continue cleaning the rack without the need for your staff to carry it.
- Safe operation: The equipment has a long handle and excellent operational performance, which enables a single person to complete the cleaning work under the platform. There are power keys at the handle of the motor and extension rod. The switch can be controlled at will, which is safe and convenient.
- Reduce workload: Compared to time-consuming and laborious manual cleaning, it reduces the workload by 40%. It supports flexible and convenient operations also you can change the line by slightly lifting the extension rod.
- Cost reduction: Other than incurring a cost for replacing plates periodically, it helps you save 75% of the cost through multiple cleanings using the same equipment. Our single piece of equipment can be used to clean different shapes of racks and does not require frequent replacement, which allows you to save money.
- Reliable after-sales service:
- We provide installation and operation videos online.
- Technical guidance
- Usage method:
Startup:
- Place the equipment on the table at a 45-degree angle, and ensure that the tool does not touch the slag or the working table.
- Turn on the power switch to keep the motor running normally.
- Align the tool in the non-stop opening and closing motion on the rack to be cleaned, and gently level the handle to place the weight of the equipment on the table.
- Hold the handle to push the tool forward and backward parallel to the direc-tion of the rack for effortless cleaning.
- When the cleaning work is complete, lift the equipment handle at an angle of 45° and turn off the power supply.
- Matters needing attention:
- Cross beam: When moving the equipment forward, if the transverse fence is unable to move forward, press down the handle to lower the equipment. Once the equipment has passed through the beam position, level the handle.
- Line change: If the horizontal fence cannot move forward, lift the handle, swing it to the left (or right) for a certain angle, and put it down in line with the slag. No operator is required to go on the table.
- It is recommended to operate the equipment continuously for 1 hour, and then take a break of 10-20 minutes to extend the service life of the machine.
