In Chennai, we are at Ayanambakkam, which is a sub-locality in Ambattur Industrial Estate. Ambattur Industrial is renowned for its industrial prowess and is home to one of the largest industrial estates in South Asia. It is spread over an area of 1,430 acres (4.9 sq. km), houses about 1,800 units, and is the biggest small-scale industrial estate in South Asia.
Our factory here is spread over a 1-acre area with work shop buildings for fabrication, machining, assembly, and testing.
We have highly skilled and qualified welders, and all the machine fabrication is done by ourselves in-house, so qualified fabrication is ensured, which is essential for the rigidity of the machine.
Our machine shop has CNC Profile cutting machine with flame and plasma cutting torches for cutting plates from 6mm to 250mm, CNC Fiber Laser cutting machine for cutting plates from 0.5 to 12mm, Hydraulic Press Brakes for bending sheet metals, and cranes with a 5-ton capacity for handling heavy machine parts. Also, we are available with our own ACE Mobile Crane, 12 tons, so the logistics handling in the factory is highly eased.
Our works have branded generators, so interruption-free electric supply is ensured and timely delivery is assured. Also, we have a large volume liquid oxygen tank and a liquid nitrogen tank, so the longer working hours of our cutting machines are ensured, which is essential for feeding large volumes of sheet cutting to our fabrication shop.
The company is conveniently located for all modes of transportationā€”air, sea, and landā€”and is easily accessible by trucks, containers, and large vehicles used in the transport of goods.
